Draft for legal review
Swift Speak license agreement
Last updated July 28, 2026
This End-User License Agreement is between Remington Street Partners LLC (RSP) and the individual who acquires Swift Speak. It is a pre-launch draft and will be finalized before paid sales.
1. Your license
Subject to payment and this agreement, RSP grants one named user a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to install and use the purchased release on up to three Windows computers that user personally owns or controls.
2. Updates included
The founding license includes Swift Speak 2.x updates. Future major versions may require a separate license.
3. What you may not do
Except where law expressly permits, the user may not distribute the installer, share a license key, rent, lease, sublicense, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, circumvent safeguards, or provide Swift Speak as a hosted or managed service.
4. Check your text
Swift Speak is designed to transcribe locally. The user must review inserted text, especially for financial, medical, legal, safety-critical, or other sensitive uses.
5. Other software included
Bundled third-party software and model files remain governed by their own licenses. This agreement does not restrict rights those licenses grant directly.
6. Who owns Swift Speak
RSP and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted. No source code or trademark ownership transfers.
7. Refunds and help
The purchase-time refund and support policies are incorporated into this agreement. Updates are manual unless a release says otherwise.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swift Speak is provided as is without express or implied warranties, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid, except where law prohibits that limit.
10. Governing law and contact
California law governs, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact support@getnoodling.com.
