Swift Speak support

We can help with installing Swift Speak, choosing a microphone, using the talk key, getting your words into the right place, installing updates, and removing the program on supported Windows 11 (64-bit) PCs.

Before contacting support

  1. Confirm Swift Speak says Ready in the system tray.
  2. Open the microphone menu and confirm that Swift Speak is using the microphone you want.
  3. Use Actions → Export privacy-safe support bundle. This creates a ZIP with information that can help us solve the problem. It never includes what you dictated.
  4. Look through the ZIP before attaching it to your email.
