Website and purchase terms

These terms apply to the GetNoodling website and, once opened, sales of Swift Speak by Remington Street Partners LLC through Lemon Squeezy, which will handle payment and delivery. Paid sales are currently closed while the final launch steps are completed.

Product information

We aim to describe supported systems, compatibility, privacy, release identity, pricing, and limitations accurately. Voice recognition can make mistakes, so review your words before sending or relying on them.

Founding offer

The planned offer is $39 one time for one named user on up to three personally owned Windows computers, including Swift Speak 2.x updates. The first group is limited to U.S. customers. Non-U.S. orders may be declined or refunded.

Orders and delivery

Lemon Squeezy will handle payment, taxes, receipts, and downloads for us. Its checkout terms and fraud protections apply to the purchase. Your receipt or license key gives you access to downloads and support. Swift Speak does not need to contact a license server while you dictate.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or product to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass protections, or resell access. Product use is also governed by the Swift Speak EULA.
